I think you all know that my ultimate point with the Alex Smith name drop was to state that Brady did nothing physically extraordinary in that comeback. In fact, physically, it was rather ordinary among all starting QBs in the league. The things that were extraordinary about Brady were his patience & composure - as I stated. Do you disagree?

This is ridiculous. So much I could argue with here but I'm only gonna stick to the part in bold. Because that's one of the most ridiculous statements I've heard. He's never had great talent around him. Randy Moss was by far the most talented player he's ever had with him and that was only for 2 years and even then it was an older Randy Moss. Atlanta was in man defense all game long with help over the top. Brady attacked the defense based on what the defense presented. Short to intermediate was what Atlanta was giving him. The game before, the game plan was bombs away vs. Pittsburgh. He executed both styles well.

Simple statements like dink and dunk in an attempt to marginalize a player only highlight a poster's failure to grasp the underlying chess match going on within a game.
