I think it's safe to say that this guy, alt or whatever he/she is either A) trying to win TOTY ( troll of the year) or he is just maybe the dumbest person on the planet in regards to QB play in the NFL.

Arm Talent I dunno seems specifically vague to me. I think there are to many variables to define that. What type weapons does he have, how good is O-line, the system he is in, heck even weather.

Based in what I see Rodgers IMO is the leagues best passer if that is arm talent then I think he get's my vote.

The thing with Brady is that he has worked so hard, likely harder than any other QB on mechanics it almost looks effortless. It doesn't look like he is putting a lot of effort / muscle into the throw. Now IMO TB12 does put a little more air under the ball then he use to, but I think he's adjusted to that.
