I've been wanting to do this for a couple years, but never mustered the ambition, I guess, to get it done, at least until now.

It'll take me a while to put together a roster of the best cut players so far, but in the mean time feel free to post notable cuts: either 'surprise-cut' established vets (Fred Jackson) or young guys with untapped potential.

It will be a fluid roster, with guys getting added and bumped as new cuts hit the wire...

man, I'm a little bit shocked to see Konz' name in there. That kid was a damn good OG/C from Wisky, then gets drafted by Atl and flashed quite a bit in his rookie and 2nd year. I did read where it went downhill from there but, Mike Tice had that OL all effed up once the domino effect of injuries took place.

We're good at OG, imo, however, I find it difficult to believe he simply fell off a cliff that quickly.

I always liked Javier Arenas from Bama. He was decent while at KC in emergency situations, whether at CB or return game. I haven't looked up stats, so I'm going off memory here. He does have some CB experience but he's small and we're pretty well set at nickel.

My all-cut team was made up primarily of nursing majors.

Lorena Bobbitt part of that team ? she wasn't a nurse, as far as I know but she tried to be... one night at least

There was one that was bat-crap crazy, but she's close to the top of the list.

Last year I would have been all about adding Konz for depth, but between Ramirez and Boggs we're pretty well set for interior line depth.

For the handful that are in bold, no. Non of my FA's or Draft Picks were picked up or signed by Millen or Mayhew. I did get to see one of my biggest bitches for years of getting players into Detroit that have gone the distances and knows what it takes to get there to mentor the players on the Lions happen though. Smartest move Mayhew ever made.
