If Banchero didn't get hurt for extended period of time, all 4 are all stars this season

you could extend that one more to Zion also if you are using the if he didn't get hurt disclaimer; but with Zion that is business as usual.

From everything I’m seeing it looks like the cap is going to be going up quicker in the next few years so hopefully it helps. I just think all GMs should have to work at real team building.
Some of that cap space will be eaten up by the max contracts already on the books that flex to keep a certain percentage of that cap, not a discrete predetermined number.

They traded away what little draft capital they had for a backup center. Like literally all they have left is a 1st round. This franchise is wild.

EDIT: Read a piece on The Ringer this week and they're right. They'd be better off trading Kevin Durant this offseason. That team just can't keep all its people healthy and they have absolutely nothing draft wise to build in the future

1. Cleveland Cavaliers (33-5)

Last ranking: 1
In the last week: W vs. OKC, W vs. TOR, L vs. IND
Offensive rating: 121.2 (first)
Defensive rating: 110.6 (10th)

Preseason win total: 48.5
On pace to win: 71

This Cavaliers team feels like Steve Kerr’s first Golden State Warriors team — that is, a playoff team that changed coaches and went from run-of-the-mill in their conference to league juggernaut. And like that 2015 Golden State team, it’s the offense that has been special. The Cavaliers were not known previously for overwhelming offensive performances. Now, they’ve hit 130 points 10 times already this season, after only four instances all of last season.

TheAthletic Power Rankings came out today.

Anthony Davis and LeBron combine for about 50 pts, 20 rebounds, 12 assists a night, have both been healthy the majority of the time- and the Lakers are 3 games over .500

Not sure how the GM has held on to that job for as long as he has.

He is. But he also had a week off. This wasn't so much an age and rest thing as he was just playing dumb and lackadaisical tonight. He had 7 turnovers and plenty other plays he just gave up on. The whole team basically just gave up once the Spurs cut the lead. You just don't go from being up 10 late in the 3rd to losing by 20. That was lack of effort and lack of detail from them
Rob needs to make another deal, preferrably a bigger one.
