Jokic number is almost identical to last season. Team regular season success is identical as well. 42-19 through 61 games last year as well

SGA having OKC go from 10th seed to this needs to mean something
That's a good point...but also added the big guy and Williams even better, too.

Cmon man.

Wanting Shai to win, even thinking he should is legit.

Saying that Jokic is undeserving to the point people who vote for him shouldn’t get a vote?

That is one of the worst takes I have ever seen on here.
I'd say your take among the worst

You've seen far worse takes on here. Many of them.

So Lebron was only the best player 4 seasons in his career? Once again, they can't pick and choose when they want to use the voter fatigue excuse but for a weird reason it doesn't apply to Jokic

No.

And it pisses me off that he only got 4 MVPs. Should have like 8.

But that isn’t a legitimate reason to punish Jokic.

If Jokic is the most valuable player in the league that has played enough games, he should win the award.

My take?

LOL.

Okay dude.

Suspending a voters’ privileges because they vote for the Vegas favorite for MVP is ridiculous.

Haven't followed them very closely. But, if the Sixers have been losing a bunch of games since he's been out...it does make a case. Problem is, the 65 game requirement is going to make him ineligible.
I'm not big on rules. Embiid was scoring the most per minute of anyone ever besides Wilt. And then of course there's everything else he brings to the floor.

Problem is, availability is the best ability and Embiid doesn't have it.

I don't know as that the number of games required should necessarily be set in stone at 65, but if a guy plays MVP level basketball for 45 games and is unavailable for the rest of the season...you can't give him the MVP over players who played 65+ also at an MVP level.

I really don’t think any less of him, just not who he is

Exactly. It's not something I'd criticize him for...not everyone can or even wants to lead. Dude is still an elite level player with a Hall of Fame career.

He's been in the league long enough now to know what his team needs +/or lacks....even if he doesn't want that role.
It can be done quietly and on the court during games....but his voice in the locker room would also play a role and go a long way as far as leadership goes.

Embiid played 34 games lol please stop with the mvp talks around him
Most dominant 34 of all time.

Besides Wilt Chamberlain, the greatest basketball player of all time.

sorry you didn't get the sarcasm....dude. No doubt that was an incredibly bad take about suspending the rights of voters but man I'm sure you have seen far worse here.
