I said what I said.

Funny how Laker fans are jumping in to defend their homer boy, and everyone else seems to agree with me.

Maybe you are the one that should stop before you clown yourself even more.

lol

2 people, one who didn't comment on the trade and one who basically only said it was better for the Nugs to send Melo East, which I agreed with.

That's "everyone else" now?

Funny how you missing an obvious joke and being wrong is the fault of "Lakers fans".

You missed the obvious joke and hyperbole and were wrong.

Haven't read much up on it but what's the deal with Kawhi's injury?

Something to be concerned about or most likely better after the All-Star break?
I don’t think it’s anything big.

Just kinda nicked up and they need him whole for this final push and the playoffs.

Why are you still going on about this? My guy my initial post was hyperbole. I'm not actually mad. If you think I'm a homer you CLEARLY have never read a single post from me about the Lakers on this board. I'm like the exact opposite of a homer. If anything, I'm overly critical of the team. It's you that viewed it thru the prism of homerism. It's a bummer that it didn't happen, but more a fun what if in the same vein that I really would have liked to see Tim Duncan join the Magic with Hill and T-Mac, which he was close to doing, or any other could have been scenario.

Take off your purple and gold glasses ya homer. lol

WT and I are the main ones saying Ham is not doing a very good job while you and other Laker fans are saying it's because of injuries but WT is a Laker homer? And he wasn't a fan of adding Murray at the trade deadline either.

Bizarre.

It was the 32 attempts for me though lol
They gotta reign her in a bit.

Problem is, when she does shit like she did against Stanford, they fool themselves into believing that’s the path to winning.

She scored 51 of their 67 pts shooting 14/26.

Nope...sorry dude. All Lakers fans are homers...lance said so. And WT is clearly big mad over that almost trade from 13 years ago that he just learned about. lol

I posted earlier that Oregon St. appears to have figured out a way to defend her that others haven't been able to duplicate.

She scored 28 the first time they played, but it took her 33 shots.

If the Pistons just fucking drafted Melo all this would be moot.

I loved hearing Larry Brown state Darko was hot trash in his workout and he was as stunned as anyone they drafted him.

Joe Dumars really was the highest of highs and lowest of lows.

Big time.

He made 24 mil this year alone.

He signed for less than that over a 2year period.

He must really like it in Minny.
He would not make 24 mill as a FA given his age but I would think he could make around 16-18 million per or so. Maybe a little more?

But, he has a net worth of 140 mill so clearly money is not the end all, be all for him.

Cmon dude.

There are still about quite a few posts every year were 1 of the Laker fans brings up the Chris Paul trade.

So yeah, not a huge for me to believe he is big mad about that one too.

And I could be wrong, but I think WT is the one who brings that trade up most often.

At this point, you should just admit you were wrong and quit while you're behind..

It was 13 years ago, he said that he didn't even know about it until he just heard the podcast.

You're the only one who took him serious.

Horrible take IMO

It would have been nice for him to have participated...especially since many of the all-time greats that he wants to be considered part of participated, including MJ and Kobe.

But he didn't ruin it...there not being any more original dunks left is what has ruined it. That and ALL of the star level players stopped participating, not just Lebron.

I think a lot of it comes from AAU. Before AAU got huge, a lot of these guys came into the league not knowing but having heard of the other guys. A lot of times there was a little animosity built up because of that.

Magic and Bird came into the league hating each other even though they'd never met. It was constantly reading how the other guy was better.

These days, these guys meet playing AAU ball and are already friends when they enter the league.
Magic and bird faced off in the NCAA championship game.
