The thing I like to see outta a home-plate ump is consistency. And from batter-to-batter with this guy it's an adventure.

Sorry, and although I appreciate the fact they haven't scored, Gallardo has become a consistent 5 1/3-5 2/3 pitcher, and I was/am hoping for more.

Now just watch...we'll have to use a minimum of 3 BP guys today.

He did nothing like what was talked about in the pre-game, he said he wasn't gonna dance around the plate and was gonna go after hitters to try and go longer and throw fewer pitches. He also said he was going to use the curveball more. He did neither, worked out just as planned I see. Probably changed his mind when he saw the batters he was facing. Ill take the start and no runs and pray the BP can do their jobs

Fielder is late on everything and has no pitch recognition.

He has no chance up there right now, totally different player than earlier in the year

He has stopped the Toronto offense in both his starts this year. Our offense has not been good for the most part lately.

They will fade quick, if they don't get it going again soon

Afternoon Fellas, a little nervous that little ole "1" in our column is not going to win the game. Again, I am frustrated with Fielder. I read posts above, he not only is he late on everything, he seems to lack any fire in his play. Don't know who peed in his post toasties, but he better get his act together, lol.
