I kinda feel for Sosh. I don't think he was the mastermind in putting the roster together in the manner they have the last couple of years.

He's been a lot more selective since moving to the leadoff spot, hope he takes the extra step next year, like to see at least 50 walks next year (only on pace for about 27 this year)
