Timmons' strike zone is all over the place, no consistency, this is one of the worst I've seen all year

I think the umps do that to entertain themselves this time of the year. They probably laugh at each other down in their locker room comparing bad calls they made. They probably have a "bad call jar" they put money in and at the end of the series they draw lots to see who wins the pot.
