great thing about Gentry is if he hits .250, he's still an immensely valuable player, b/c of all the little things he does, he just doesn't get the recognition b/c he doesn't hit HRs or hit for a high average

Right but the last two seasons he's started off hot, and then his playing time dwindled. Hard to get in a rhythm that way. And yes Craig's defense makes him supremely valuable.

Perez seems to be gaining more and more confidence with each start. He's absolutely dealing right now. He's transitioning from promising young back-end starter to legitimate top-3 guy right before our eyes. If he keeps this up, he's going to make a strong case to be the #4 starter for the playoffs.

I think he has already made that case for the 4th spot. I am not going to get my hopes up for a Harrison return.
