Pretty decent crowd there as well. Basically a "spring training" for the Baylor squad. There's a small but strong local following. Crowd was heavily weighted in favor of the Bears.

Lol, I don't think that has been well publicized, just something I picked up following the right folks I guess.

He seems likely to regress as he gets older. But from what I hear he's really happy in SF and I think it's mutual.

He would be a decent fallback if none of the SS work out.

If one of the top three SS doesn't receive a QO, they would probably go to the top of my list. Not losing our second round draft pick would be great, unless they are planning on reaching in the second round again anyway.

Seager, Correa and Story will all definitely get the QO

Kyle Schwarber, Kris Bryant and Javier Baez will not though. They can’t
Neither will Starling Marte, IMO

On another note, looking back at Shin Soo Choos contract. It wasn’t terrible. He played well, hit some HR but the main thing he always did was get on base at a very high rate and scored plenty of runs. That’s exactly why we signed him. He may have been slightly over paid but i believe it was a decent signing.
We should have stuck him at DH and left him there. He would have been so much more valuable without his negative defense

Yeah, they are all ineligible as is Scherzer. Stroman, Rizzo and Cruz.

Oh, and no QO for Suzuki, of course.
