Mike M may be a dinosaur but he was a definite good people person with the pitchers. Guess he won’t ever get shot to manage.

the mood on Reddit seems to be that the owners have made some pretty significant concessions; compared to their starting points, and not to those that the players have made. and in general, the deal is as good as it's probably going to get, and it's overall a decent deal for the players.

Any guesses for dates when signings and trades, where the Rangers have been rumored to have an interest, will get done? How long after the lockout ends will each of these guys sign or be traded? Probably most within 3 or 4 days.
