Can we evaluate the weights training our guys are doing?
From what I have read the terms are used synonymously for the labrum.Thought Jung had a sprain, not a tear.

Everything is worth evaluation but I am not ready to call fire on this. That being said I do hope a big investment such as Jung was supervised and guided in his weight training and there was very little freelancingCan we evaluate the weights training our guys are doing?
The only reason I though of it is because this is our third infielder in the last 10 years who has had a labral tear.
