Without reading article. Sprains do have very little tears so definitely all those diagnosed with sprain do not need surgery

Everything is worth evaluation but I am not ready to call fire on this. That being said I do hope a big investment such as Jung was supervised and guided in his weight training and there was very little freelancing

Was today's surgery a compete surprise to the media? I didn't see a single report before the surgery that it would take place today?

The only reason I though of it is because this is our third infielder in the last 10 years who has had a labral tear. Maybe 3 in 10 years is about average, but I don't recall the last one before Profar.
