The tweet said she was hired to work in Player Development. This was a tweet of hers from a few weeks ago.

I think 1B is a position we can easily fill much more so than catcher and OF although I am all for waiting on Huff who may in one scenario fill 1B. No to Olsen

Yeah, I don't care to trade for a rental player even if it is for 2 years.

I actually think we will be able to fill OF needs if we are patient. As we saw with Ian Desmond, and to a certain extent with DeShields, we can convert guys into outfielders. I would like the organization to be patient and see what we have in Foscue, Smith, Duran, Harris, Crim and Huff when it come to filling needs in the outfield and at first base.

With Rule 5 this is what about 10 players the organization has lost/discarded the last couple of weeks. And some folks were in a hurry to trade off a bunch of prospects for no good reason, turnover happens every year some years more than others...

Acuna or Acosta could move that way as well, probably CF
