Me. I've said all along that the Rangers would have to overpay to land the first signee.

Semien is a legit shock and was my 4th preference. I'm not thrilled about giving him 7 years at 31.

But I'm glad that we can stop the narrative of saying the Rangers didn't make a big move before the CBA.
