Would free agents be more inclined to sign with our team if they knew for a fact we were bringing in multiple guys this year? If so, what are the odds the news reports come out all at the same time about the Rangers signing X, Y and Z
And then following it up with A & B?

I don't think they will sign 5 guys who have to have a lot of convincing. Maybe 3 total. Any others will most likely be guys happy to have a job.
