No More "Bullpen Failure"
With these pitchers signing, does that mean a Kershaw signing is coming soon?
LolWhat are the chances the Rangers sign Syndergaard to a long term deal a year from now, if he is healthy all of 2022?
Grant is suggesting that the Angels are gambling that even if the team doesn't do well with Syndergaard, that he can be flipped for something better than their second round pick.

GOD, here we go with the rumors of the Rangers signing low level FA's more on the premise of what we might get at the trade deadline than on getting quality performer FA's that make the team better. if we aren't going for quality then we might as well stick with our prospects and see what they can bring
wonder why he chose the Angels if true
Curious if the Rangers were one of these, if true
I just thought it would be humorous for the Angels to lose a draft pick to prove that he was healthy so the Rangers could use him for a few years to beat the Angels. If the Angels flipped him to Seattle, costing them some of their good prospects then all the better. LolI hope nonexistent. too high a price tag now.

I think we value our draft pick a lot more than that.

To be honest, there have been some clunkers along the way too.
Just a guess. He doesn't know any more than you do.GOD, here we go with the rumors of the Rangers signing low level FA's more on the premise of what we might get at the trade deadline than on getting quality performer FA's that make the team better. if we aren't going for quality then we might as well stick with our prospects and see what they can bring
