Texas won the Big XII Championship Game in 1996, 2005 and 2009.

That makes 3 Big XII titles for Texas.

Now, according to the OP, since Texas has 3 Big XII Championships, that means that Northwestern, who is not even a member of the Big XII and never has been, has 2 Big XII Championships.

Yeah, there goes your credibility as a poster.

Texas is tied for 5th in total football NCs.

Texas has 50 NCs in Varsity Sports, Oklahoma has 28 NCs.
In the major 3 sports of football, basketball and baseball, Texas has 10 NCs, OU has 9. Since 2001, OU has none and Texas has 3 NCs.

OU does have 8 NCs in male Gymnastics.Now I understand their fascination with gays.

see, this is what I love. OU fan gets hammered for reminding people that in the modern era of CFB, post WWII, OU v Texas is almost even at 32-33-3.

Now Texas fan is doing the same thing, ie:recent MNC's, but in the overall picture, they are woefully behind.

Love that logic/rationalization, but hey, it's coo.....plus you do have to consider the source.

AP and Coaches only. The NCAA is inconsistent and stops including systems like NCF after 1935.
If you count all the other systems, Minn. has 7 and Texas has 9.

Here is the deal. Texas entire season is centered around OU. They feel that beating OU caps the season and ordains them as the conf champ.

Doesn't work that way. OU knows that they can beat texas ass by 6 touchdowns, as they have multipul times, and still lose the conference. There is no backdooring. There is only texas excuses.
