i think they'll stay where they are and draft the best player (according to them) available. that's just how the flyers seem to handle the draft.

i go back and forth.. i like drafting the best available player to make sure you get value for your pick.. but this season it looks like at 11/12, there will be a quality dman and a quality forward available, it's not like it would be a reach to draft based on position

i expect at least morrisey to be available when the flyers pick, and i think it would be foolish to pass on him, even if you had a forward rated higher (barring a big draft day drop on a cant-miss guy, a la sean couturier)

the only 'lottery' is for the first pick.. the most possible movement would've come from columbus winning the lottery and everyone else moving down a spot.. there was less than a 1% chance of that happening i think
