I think it's too early to tell, and thinking about it more the tweets from early just confirmed what we honestly already knew. If we start seeing specific rumors then I'll be excited/worried.

Seems like the flyers are gunna be pretty active. Read for bernier, coots for a dman, buy out bryz and briere, all discussed by Bob Mckenzie today. He's one of the most reliable guys in the business IMO. Going to be a very interesting off season in the nhl.

He likely get re-signed or get a huge payday in free agency, but Viktor Stalberg would be an immediate Read replacement if we trade for Bernier.

Visitor Stalberg, forward on the Blackhawks. He is a free agent this summer, and I'd love to sign him if we trade Matt Read.

So offersheet Bogo and proceed to push for Byfuglien? I'd like Buff, but I doubt the Jets work with us if we offersheet one of their players.

the sharks did something similar to chicago to end up w/ niemi.. they offer sheeted hjallmarsson and then i think traded for niemi's rights and signed him

that being said, i'm not a big buff fan.. i think he's a little over rated.

as long as they have malkin and crosby, they'll be a tough team to face. they are in a tricky spot having been swept this year and lots of contracts coming up next year (letang and malkin in particular)

i wouldn't touch dupuis this year.. i think he's 3rd line guy and would love him in that role, but he's going to be paid top 6 money and he's not a top 6 player away from crosby IMO

haven't seen this either.However on (the 4th period) hockey site,they are mentioning that the Flyers are pursuing Yandle again and that it'll take Coots to get him.
