Eagles were 16-1 in their last 17 games (only loss was a semi-meaningless game with the backup QB)

They did not even trail in the last 3 quarters of any playoff game.
They never trailed by more than 3 total points in 4 playoff games at any point.
They are only the second champion to get to 18 wins.
They were the best rushing team in history.
They had the #1 defense in the league.
They had the best offensive line probably in history.
They beat one of the best dynasties in NFL history, by a blowout.


The argument for them being one of the greatest is at least, Plausible...... they deserve some debate at the least...

I am guessing a top 4-8 all time team range.

Eagles win it 40-22, much more of a blowout than the final score indicated. The Eagles had a very dominant and complete team this year. Kind of nice to see someone new win it all, but after the last 3 Super Bowls being so exciting this one was a blowout and not as entertaining.
