ECU's a decent little program and you could say they might be tougher than the bottom of the barrel team/teams in ANY of the major 5 conferences. They came within 5 of beating Va Tech last year so they're not exactly slouches.

That first quote was a bit unnecessary. Spurrier KNOWS there are shit teams in the SEC. He even said so in the actual quote that is now being taken out of context. (And damn if we don't LOSE to those shit teams at least once a year...)

That's exactly what I said, so I post some legit facts about the bottom dwellers of the SEC who are actually supposed to be in the upper tier of the SEC and I get SEC fans telling me I don't understand and that I'm an idiot. LOL.

The question being asked was if playing the big5 conference was a big deal, and all he did was point out that conferences have teams at the bottom that are worse than teams you can find that aren't in a power 5 conference. So the label of "power 5" doesn't mean a ton in his opinion.

He is responding to Saban wanting only power 5 conferences to play each other.

While he mentions the Big10 as part of an example, it was besides the point of what he was saying, and the only reason it's a big deal is because some people...Brasky....are taking it personal as if he was claiming only in the big10. And of course, some people just want to troll and make it seem that way.

Florida St had probably the easiest schedule for a BCSNC in the entire history of the BCS. That's a fact.
