As much as I don't get Drew Pearson not being in the Hall Of Fame... I'm certain Packer fans don't get the fact that the only guard selected to the NFL 50th anniversary team isn't in there either. Mind boggling...

There was an article in this Sundays DMN (can't remember who wrote it) about Witten's chances for HOF induction. The writer said team success is a part of the equation and obviously Witten lacks that in his resume. But when I read that statement I immediately thought of Charles Haley.

I've never understood why Kramer isn't in. My god - growing up, his name was ALWAYS a part of the dialogue when talking about the Packers. And reading the article and recognizing the respect from his peers...

I don't get it. If one wants to argue there are already 11 members of that team in the HOF...

Well - there should be 12 then.

If that's the problem then all the voters should be thrown out and start over with new people that get it!

Jerry has gotten major support this year and there were a few facebook pages and blogs that took to having contests where entrants sent emails, letters whatever they could to the senior voters on the HOF committee. His daughter Alicia has helped get a ton of support as well. It shouldn't be too long until he's in the HOF where he belongs.
