People like that deserve to have their team hire a really shitty coach for once and see how a FO and a coaching staff can lead a franchise to a 3-7 year period of straight losing. Tomlin actually has to have a losing season or two (something he has never done) before he gets canned.

I think it's more that they are spoiled and most aren't old enough to remember when the team truly stunk in the early merger years.
