Wait, wha???Benjamin Sisko was the best of all the captains, which made DS9 the best of all the Star Trek series.
Wait, wha???
DS9 was awesome in spite of Sisko. Sisko was cringe-worthy.
However, to be fair, it may have been Brooks who I hated and not Sisko. Brooks is just horrible.
Yes to those points, but Brooks was a complete looney toon in real life, and often that came through in his performance. The way I saw it, when the writers weren't making him mourn his dead wife or being confused in the role of emissary, he portrayed a strong commander. The dead spouse/emissary scenes were cringe-worthy. And it didn't help that his son was such a foolish wiener.
Favorite character and runner-up from each series:
TOS: Captain James T. Kirk - Spock
STNG: Lt. Com Data - Barkley
DS9: Worf - Odo
VOY: The Doctor - 7 of 9
ENT: Trip - T'Pol
DSC: Lorca - Admiral Cornwell

Turn in your brain. Of course I liked looking at 7 of 9 better, but Picardo is a far better character and his "The Doctor" character was more dynamic and interesting. You took the Dr (whose real name ironically is Picard-o ) over 7 of 9? Turn in your man card immediately!
So are we supposed to assume that Locutus is a daddy?
But the voyager only crossed paths with the Locutus Borg Queen at the very end. They dealt more with Queen Hendrickson. It's pretty straight forward thinking... You got borg ships shown. Fucking 7of9. Obviously Picard being Locutus of Borg. First Contact having the borg queen that is free from hive connective control. Then you throw in Data, that was "assimilated" If this hovers around the borg queen, I really hope they also include Janeway and Voyager crew memebers since that series was so heavily dependant on the borg on their journey back. This series has serious potential if they cross paths with Star Trek series.... I would subscribe just for this series.

I am hoping that Jeri Ryan will be a full cast member, but I suspect we would have heard about that if that were the case.
Bring back William Shatner. So there is a new Star Trek series in development, and it appears to be centered on Picard. I would assume it will be a CBS show, but I haven’t seen any confirmation of that. I can’t imagine it going anywhere else (even though ST has history with both NBC and the CW). I also assume it will be on their streaming service. Stewart is, of course, reprising the role.
But what is the show? Will it be a drama centered on a retired military man? That sounds like a movie, or limited series, not an actual series. And how will the destruction of Vulcan change the timeline in this show? Will this be the same Picard, or an alternate one? Will Picard actually be a central character/theme, or will he just make a cameo to launch the show?
Bring back William Shatner.
