Apparently, in 1965 the majority of people think your opinion was wrong. And in 1978, despite beating Alabama, the majority of sportswriters didn't think USC was the better team.

Deal with it is what the doctor would likely recommend.

If you feel comfortable claiming false titles that's all fine and good. But you could come up with a better defense than the opinion of the sports writers being relevant as far as deciding a champion. I don't know I prefer earned championships maybe that's an SC thing tho

When don't they have homer goggles on . Difference being bama fans are fine with the hype and media. I hate when SC gets the media. True champions are decided on the field not by coaches or media. I'm thankful for the playoffs and the end of fake titles and the beginning of true champions
