Not sure where else to ask this. When can I create a thread/topic?
I didn't think we had a set post count requirement anymore.
It used to be 50 posts.
@Edisto_Tiger @fordman84 are we back to the old way again??

I didn't see Clemson twice, so I missed that also. A question for everyone. Do you all rank the teams based on the season so far or where you think they end up at end of season? Just curious because I heard a podcaster say that he ranks his based on where he thinks they end up at end of season.

I didn't think we had a post count requirement either. I'll defer to Fordman though, because I'm not absolutely sure. He'll be the better source.I didn't think we had a set post count requirement anymore.

I have Notre Dame in front of Georgia based totally on numbers. Some might have the Irish above the Dawgs because Notre Dame didn’t schedule an FCS team, Georgia did. Georgia lost at home against South Carolina team with third string QB. That’s all I got.

and just caught the mistake on mine. I'm using a scoring system as well.
Win over a P5 team= 12 points
Win over a G5 team = 9 points
Win over a FCS team = 6 points
A bonus point for every win a defeated opponent gets over a P5 level team.

My system is designed to get seeding for a 16 team playoff for 1 division, P5 ( Its a high school point system)
so ND still has time/schedule, to climb same as everyone else.
I threw the G5's a bone by ranking them low but they really shouldn't be in mine, they have zero shot at making the playoff at the P5 level. I should do one for the G5 teams honestly to see what their playoff rankings would look like and... maybe I will at some point but I REALLY want to watch that top 16 now that we have some games to score from, I just went with eye test and gut feel the first few weeks.

Anybody seen Jerms the last couple days?
Sorry to hear that. She smiled at me and said hello. It was obvious she was hitting on me.
My dad had an aneurism in his aorta this week and needed heart surgery. Haven't been on the computer much this week and wasn't going to try to do the rankings on the cell phone. I'm working on the rankings now.
Hang in there @iowajerms. Hope your dad recovers fast and back on his feet soon enough. Cheers. She smiled at me and said hello. It was obvious she was hitting on me.
