Here's the NCAA announcement of the targeting rule. Note how it was an existing 15 yard penalty. That play would have had the same end result last year. Except now, legitimately dirty targets get a suspension.

I don't see a problem with that.

They call it more often now, even if it's questionable. He hit him in the shoulders and not the helmet, it wouldn't have been called.

Lol, I wasn't thinking about THAT game. I was just thinking about the Texas situation, with starting QB out, McCoy, jr, in and he cant win a game where he's in for more than, say, 15 plays. Just not possible.

I'd say Carolina has a much better chance with their backup than Texas has with McCoy, jr.

I don't own a smoker nor know how to do it lol. Northerner in Georgia alert.

I don't own a smoker either. I just have a grill, all you need to smoke is either wood chips in your fire if charcoal, then move your charcoal over to 1 side of the grill to create direct/indirect heat zones. Or like me with a gas grill, you turn only 1 burner on, and put a smoke box over the burner and cook your food over the rest.
