ok, so I admit. I haven't been following this story very closely...... I remember hearing about this nasser dr. a few months ago, but raised my brow a little after hearing a MSU connection. Was a he a professor there? What did he do to the gymnasts? ra.pe? ****** them?

I think the football team knew about this too and they should have to void all their wins while he was employed at MSU........ how many years was that again?
He was a doctor that was employed by the university and the USOlympics.
He would tell victims that he was doing some sort of procedure for their injury, finger them with no gloves on, amongst other things. Sometimes even with parents and other doctors in the room. He also sexually violated his neighbor’s child starting at the age of 6 and it went on for years.

Wow:

"BREAKING: Outside the Lines has learned that Michigan State University failed to hand over documents outlining accusations of sexual assault by Larry Nassar to federal Title IX investigators, despite dual ongoing investigations"

Feds to MSU: Oversight will not end early
What kind of advice were MSU lawyers providing over these years? It sure seems like many of these allegations were cut and dried and would have been easy to deal with at the time. from what we've seen, it doesn't appear the lawyers would have used the old "we don't have enough evidence" excuse they go to when they are afraid of having a difficult battle.

All Seriousness, some people cannot handle poorn and the addiction gets out of control.

This dude is a very sick individual and the people that ignored these accusations need to be punished as well. Imo there needs to be special place -- an island you put all these people on and let them be prey

Well prisons don’t take too kindly to pedophiles. Just put him in general population and let things sort themselves out.

Given that two schools have now, seemingly, been a part of pedophilia (even in the broadest sense), what does this say about the B1G? Sounds like MSU is taking the same path PSU took at the beginning....

Wow. Hollis resigning is huge news. Arguably the best AD in the country. Was in line to perhaps take over for Delaney.

So when do they shut down football operations???
Was "football operations" responsible for checking into the allegations against Nassar and the follow up accordingly?

I'm not 100% sure of Michigan State's authority structure, but I don't think that is part of "football operations" assignment.

But, Michigan and tOSU are probably in favor of Spart football being shut down entirely.:dhd:

What baffles me is that no one is admitting any fault still. People are resigning and saying they're only doing it to heal MSU. It's aggravating to say the least.

It’s not like by not admitting fault is going to help them avoid being sued. I guess it could be viewed as admitting guilt, but damn.

Why? It had nothing to do with the football program ... anyone who knew about it should be punished severely. I don't believe D'antionio knew anything about it!! Sue the college, charge the obstructors, but not the whole athletic program.
