Tom Brady has one SB win in the past 13 years, and it took the worst play call in the history of the NFL, literally

And you have him as the GOAT

So none of us are perfect

Reduced to Cherry Picking now huh?:pound::pound:

He also has one more recent than little Peyton.

He also has more appearances.

He also has more wins

He also has more Championship round appearances

Etc

Etc

Etc.

And he leads Eli in every category, oh wait my bad, Eli leads in int%.

Since Eli has entered the NFL, he has more rings than Tom Brady

And they both came against

Guess Who?

Giants fans probably think Eli is better than his brother because he has more rings.

You can't compare his numbers to current Hall of Famers because they played under different rules. You have to compare Eli to to the QB's of his time.

To much of a coward to answer the questions huh?

And you can't possibly be arguing little Peyton is a better QB than Tom Brady.

I am usually a "rings" guy. I recognize October is what separates Derek Jeter from A-Rod, I understand why Dan Marino is never on anyone's GOAT list and agree with it. And make no mistake, Eli played great in those playoff runs that lead to Super Bowl titles.

But I also understand the Hall of Fame is more than just about rings, go ask Jim Plunkett who also has 2. The HOF means you were one of the greatest players of your era. Not even the biggest Giants homer would every put Eli in that company. No he is always mentioned exactly where he belongs: below the first tier of Brady/Rogers, below the next tier starting with guys like Big Ben/Brees, and in that next level. Hell Plunkett has a better argument for being one of the better ones of his era than Eli does.

As for comparing QBs of different eras let's not forget it all started with this post below. To compare Eli's stats to Terry Bradshaw is completely idiotic for reasons already discussed at length.

Jim Plunkett has 23,000 less passing yards and almost 200 less career TD's than Eli Manning

You were right about the 2 Super Bowls

Exactly how many more times do you need to be told that comparing stats from today's game with players from decades ago just makes you look like an idiot?

Well it depends on if it fits his narrative or not.
