Winning the offseason natty would be your first order of business. Start game threads weeks to months in advance. Then your starting to get in a Nike U. level of whatever it is that they're trying to achieve. If they don't work out, you can always abuse the transfer portal like a rented mule to plug all the holes on your roster. Easy....

Also throw out 500+ offers each year and get a crew of bagman to land those 4+* players looking for an early payday.

Don't forget to change the look and color scheme of your "costumes" each week. That's important to the 12 year olds of your fanbase which should always be the only priority.

We all know that UCF has never been over hyped. We are the perennial underdogs.

Instead of being the media darling like Oregon is, UCF gets slandered by every pundit.

And UCFs recruiting has been at the highest ethical level - way above board. Like George used to tell me at lunch. We don’t offer until George himself met the parents. Why? Because you can tell a lot about a kid’s principals and discipline by meeting their parents.

So I resent that stereotype that just because UCF and Oregon are Nike’s most promoted schools that some how that makes us the same in every other way.

UCF gotten over the hump that Oregon never has. We actually won the National Championship. Oregon hasn't.

Sure Nike sponsored UCF like Oregon when my UCFriend Scott came to town.

But we're different my UCFriends. We win our conference. WE Have 3 bitter old progams sinken up our state. Competing in Florida is way different, both good and bad.

But the biggest difference is UCF is changing the game. We are champions of alot of things. The biggest is the Champions of Change= itself
