I wonder which is the more sobering thought for Jerry...Knowing the Rangers, Mavs and Stars have all won titles since the Cowboys last Championship...or knowing they might win another each before he gets another Ring

Cowboys been in a good position to make some noise. They can't get out of the divisional round.2007,2014 and 2016 playoff were tough to watch. Blown opportunities . I thought the refs and bad defense played a big part in 2014 and 2016

I think the 2023 Cowboys will have a similar opportunity. They just need to get out of the divisional round the defense is Superbowl caliber.

I think the trade deadline is an example of why we aren't winning a ring. Stephen and Will have done a good job of building through the draft, but at some point, you have to go get it. The 90's Cowboys went and got Charles Haley and Deion Sanders. The Eagles and Niners have added AJ Brown, Kevin Byard, Christian McCaffery and Chase Young at the deadline. Seems like all Jerry cares about now is cashing checks

I am on the fence on this. I get trying to improve your team, but at what cost?? I don't want to trade high picks for a one year rental. They use to panic in the past and do dumb franchise future killing mid-season trades. Consequently, by not making any moves or being agressive early, they seem to not want to be seen as panicking by not making a big splash. Yes, it may come back to bite us, but I understand staying pat if what you want was to expensive.

there are two types of GMs in the NFL when they have a team in the mix. You’d think ours would have grown tired of being sent home early every year with a team he tells us every year is the best in a long time and good enough To win.
