I found out this weekend my sons work has a suite at Allegiant Stadium. He told me he's going to the game, I asked who with, and he dropped that bomb on me. I puppydog pouted and asked why he hasn't tried to take me.

He said its up to his boss and it's primarily for business, but he did tell me he has already requested he and I get seats when Dallas comes to Vegas.

I think there is a good chance that McClay and Quinn are both somewhere else next year. Both are just too good at their jobs not to get promoted. As much as I love Quinn, there are guys out there(Zimmer, Fangio, Edwards), that could come in and do the job. To me, losing McClay would be the disaster. Hate to imagine him going to the Giants and making two picks in the top 8 overall for that bunch. Will would turn them around in 2 years and leave a gaping hole in Dallas. Best case scenario...Cowboys win the Super Bowl, Jerry calls it a career, Stephen moves up to the top spot and McClay is named official GM. Hey, a guy can dream

McClay comes down to nothing other than Jerry's pride. Because of that it would piss me off more than any other loss. You are owner. Just name the guy GM

I know its a year to year league now and its kind of shown that since somebody different wins the NFCE every year , meaning not many repeat winners. Honestly I cant remember the East this bad. The Giants are as bad as I have ever seen them. The Redskins really dont know what they are doing at QB. Now they do have some pieces. The Eagles - not sure about the Qb. I think he fits well right now , but im not sure they are sold on his long term future. Of course they have 3 first round picks next year I think.

Now what can change them - Deshawn Watson , Aaron Rodgers , maybe Jimmy G. Im sure there may be a few more.

Then of course if Dak got hurt then all bets would be off. In other words , thats the only thing i could see happening where we wont win the division. We dominated those teams this year. Things change though , so we will see.

He had Parcells defense playing well and that was after he modified the Defense to a 3-4. I was not happy when Zimmer left for the Bengals. This guy can coach defense.
