Technically the #1 option is Charles.. but to your point, at this point Bowe is a possession receiver, and Cassel is a check down QB.. put them together and they equal a bunch of unexciting 5-7 yard gains, with little to no YAC.. meaning Bowe doesn't rack up the yards, and only gets a rare score.
