Just saw all of this (since I was passed out in bed and I a glad I was because I would have thrown up again)... Actually not the Henry part but yes Bill is Bill and it irrates the hell out of me at times. He seems to do things has some success and then completely runs away from it.

With the whole "trust" issue with Mac, I think it was that it threw what 54 times the last game and Bill wanted to ground and pound but yes to me it does seem like he doesn't trust Mac. I get that he is no Brady but how can this kid develop if no one has faith in him and trusts him and allows him to make mistakes and to learn from them
