Absolutely. Yes of course we've only played 3 games so far, but those rankings still show we're executing on all areas at a high level.

It's a bit of a shocker that many of the NFC teams that were the projected playoff caliber struggled so far. Many will settle down and start playing good ball. But if the Seahawks can go 4-0 by next week, we're already starting to put distance between us and the rest of the NFC contenders for the top playoff spots. As we learned last year, being the team from the west that gets the wildcard can really put the odds against you.

But Seahawks right now are the odds favorite to get the #1 NFC seed with this fabulous start. That means we skip round1 and whoever we play, even #2 got to come to CLink. That's the goal every week now. Keep getting those Ws and make sure we get that home field playoff advantage.

I do really like our chances for HFA too. Despite a mess, I still think SF will be in the mix along with the Packers and Falcons. I can see the Hawks and New Orleans challenging for HFA.

I hate to have to defend SF, but people keep saying they WERE terrible when we played them, but that is not the case, they are terrible BECAUSE we played them. They were on top of the world after beating GB and our secondary gave Kaep 0 targets, key players became injured and mistakes were made, which they were unable to overcome. The Colts just copied what we did and the 49ers failed to make any adjustments. I still believe they are a very good team.

Great post. Seattle has our number and are clearly the better team right now. I think we were pretty demoralized after being sent home licking our wounds again. That loss along with the Aldon Smith fiasco wreaked havoc on us. There is no doubt we are one of the more talented teams in the NFL. As long as our team doesn't quit on Harbaugh, and if we can manage to get healthy, we will be there to mix it up with you guys in the playoffs.

Our only hope(if there is one) for HFA is a win tomorrow night. It's hard to think of a week 4 game as an absolute must win, but this one is big. A good showing with a W on the road and I think we can beat Houston the following week, then we have by far our easiest stretch of games while getting some key players back. A loss and all bets are off. Seattle maybe a 13+ win team as it so it might not matter much. Nobody will beat you guys at home in the playoffs.

A loss tonight could even dim those lights for a wildcard berth. I know its only week 4 but 1-3 is a tough hill to climb.

Everywhere you turn the pundits are saying SF is struggling because Krapernick has lost all of his familiar WR's. :wtf: So a QB with still less than a full complete season of experience all of a sudden can't play because his WR's he used to throw to are hurt or otherwise gone? The ones he had weren't familiar to him last year as he was brand freaking new. It takes a while of actual game time to develop that bond between a QB and a WR, but he did fine last year without it. He is slumping ffs. Just deal with it.

Since we are talking smack here, can someone PLEAE remind me how many Super Bowls Seattle has won? By reading this board, it is clear that they have won at least 8 or 9 Super Bowls, and have already won this year's. Anyone want to tell me who was the best team in the NFL last year after 3 games? Hmmm? Yep, that's right ARIZONA was arguably the bests team after week 3.

And yes, I am a Raider fan, I know it is sad, and it hurts......bad sometimes. But I will never run from it, and I welcome all trash talk, because right now they deserve it. But you Seagull fans always crack me up.....the only Super Bowl you have ever been to, you blame the refs for losing....

What year did you get your FIRST ONE?

:lol:Pulling out that old chestnut. I'll tell what's funny is your envious of all the joy Seahawks fans feel right now and you wish you could experience that now instead of feeling all doom and gloom about the state of the Raiders for what feel like forever.:laugh3:

Just be thankful we aren't in the AFCW anymore. Dang, we used to ruin your day, especially on primetime games.
Oak used to have the best MNF record until we came along and stole your lunch money and GF.

1984 is the last time the Raider won a Superbowl. May have been before he was born and the poor dude has seen nothing but a garbage team his entire life. That could explain the envy.

Says the clown that dogs everyone about his college football team that hasn't ever won a national championship. Irony or hypocrisy?

My god are they a disaster out of the gate. They looked real promising near the end of 2012 season and their offseason. Holy Schmoly are they struggling to put points on the board.

And Holy S#it, what a terrible 8th overall pick Tavon Austin looks like... wasn't he supposed to be a younger, cheaper, faster, better Percy Harvin? I'd rather have Percy on the bench than what I see of him on the field.

Looks like we will find out next week who the real worst team in the NFL is, because the Jags are playing the Rams. After what I saw last week and tonight, I think the Jags might actually be the favorite to win. The Rams are simply terrible.
