Why as a fanbase do we never hold the players accountable?

Just curious. I don't think other fanbases do this as much as we do.

The OLine was NOT Callahan's fault
The WR production was NOT Hillard's fault

If you want to blame the FO for lack of direction, I agree with you on that. But for the 1 millioneth time, coaches are not out there blocking and tackling. At some point, players have to execute.

I do blame the FO for the insane lack of talent. After Day 1, RR and the FO are not giving me much reason for hope.

I've got an eye on O.J. Howard. I believe that they want to part ways with him and the only issue is compensation from the buyer.

Henry's on the non-exclusive tag, to get him for Trent in a straight swap is highway robbery. To get him and a draft selection is grand theft, Brinks level robbery.

The question was about the offense, not the defense. The DC and coaches were a mess. The Offensive staff was not nearly as bad and the general lack of talent were the culprits.

the question was what was the cause of losing . coaching or players ? we have some good young players on offense . coaching was the issue from benching of AD game one to predictable play calling , to an unimaginative offense that failed to take advantage of player strengths

we have talent on this team , not enough , but we do have a start

TW will be 32 to start the 2020 season. That is a big factor for the team trading for him. He wants a a new deal. That’s fine, but considering his age, it almost has to be about a year or 2 of money. The new team has to be shooting for the playoffs/SB, so If the skins could get a 2nd for him, it’s a done deal, regardless of where the 2nd rd pick is.
