Oh...they paid him this Summer.

It was a good deal for Orlando.

4yr/48 mil plus incentives.

They didn't extend Tobias Harris.

I mean, what is his market value?

He scores...that's about it:lol:

Over his four new seasons, Vucevic can earn $53 million — a figure that will become more friendly to the Magic once the revenue from the NBA’s new national television agreement inflates the annual salary-cap figure.

Orlando Magic sign Nik Vucevic to contract extension - Orlando Sentinel

hmm...damn...i missed that totally...good call....- i like that deal for them...thats not like me to miss a contract like that....thanks for the info..

I have learned the hard way that you dont say the words of the first name of a certain New Orleans Saints tight end, followed by the name of the bright yellow vehicle that brings children to school-

he who shall not be named....

He's a fair Dude.

I only posted that because I recently had to admit that he was right, and I was very, VERY wrong about an ongoing debate about Jimmy Short Bus.

It left a terrible taste in my mouth :yuck:

You had a lot going on this Summer, basketball wise...not surprised you missed it:lol:

I think Harris could end up with..again...the Lakers or Knicks.

I'd like him too if we had more than $5.00 in cap space this Summer:gaah:.

Yeah...I was very happy that many of us ended up here.

The Debate was about the 3yr plan that Jim Buss had.

My theory was that the Lakers were doomed heretofore.

But, Trojan said Jeanie would force him out if there was no turn around.

I didn't think she had the power, nor the nads, to do so.

Sadly, an article came out a few weeks back were she stated, emphatically, that his ass was grass and that she can and will show him the door.

Doc was hardly using Farmar, Mecca. I saw Jamal Crawford controlling the ball most of the time off the bench.

Very true.

But, when he did play, which I admit wasn't often, he stunk.

He went from 20mpg with the Lakers to 15mpg with the Clippers. Did he expect to take Crawford or Redicks minutes?

Ummm, no.

Maybe he thought he would slide into Collison's role. But, Collison only got those types of minutes due to injuries. I think CP3 missed the whole month before the All Star break and JJ missed 25-30 games last year.

From what I heard, it was his play, injuries plus some lockerroom difficulties...not sure with whom:noidea:.

Let him go stink it up in Cleveland with that 38% shooting.

As for Rivers move, I'm told there was a locker-room/chemistry component involved in cutting ties w/ Jordan Farmar & Chris Douglas-Roberts.

Dan Woike @DanWoikeSports 16 Jan 05:26 ET
Why didn't Farmar work with LAC? Doc thought he was getting a diff. type of player, Farmar thought he was signing into a diff. role. Bad fit

That's understandable. Cleveland seems to be scooping up everyone's leftovers so why not?

Cavs now 23-11 in games lebron has played

anyone that was preaching gloom and doom for the Cavs really messed up.

i mean- first off we have LeBron.......

and Kyrie Irving- AND Kevin Love

AND just added 3 solid rotation players in Shumpert, Smith and Mozgov...

in addition to some already pretty solid rotation guys in Thompson, Miller, Marion,

i mean- look at that roster- its just a matter of time until they get healthy and in sync.

Chicago is the only team that poses a threat in the East-that is as true now as it was over teh summer...

and to be honest- Mirotic looked like nothing to be worried about- and DRose is no longer an elite player....

Chicago and Washington are More than capable of coming out of the ECF, that's why I predicted they'd play in the ECF.

Washington added PP and he's not the same player, but he's very efficient. His FG % is higher than his career average and he's still a solid defender imo. They added some nice bench players to become a deeper team,

Chicago added Gasol and a healthy Rose makes them dangerous. Plus, Jimmy Butler has emerged as a serious player. Brooks is their Nate Robinson type off the bench.

I don't know if they can keep it up but Ferry has rebuilt the Hawks on the fly and they're looking good.

Without DeRozan, I just don't trust Toronto.

Not if they play the cavs...we saw what happens when the bulls play the cavs...emergency meeting after another blowout

1 game in the reg season is different than 7 in the postseason.

Fact.
