The only reason Lakers fans disliked Miami was Lebron. We have a lot in common now even though I still despise Kobe Bryant.

Most of the Lakers fans are actually quality posters except for a few of them

:agree::10:

Shaqdaddy, have you had the chance to vote on the 3 NBA Semi-Final games polls? The voting for the semi finals ends tomorrow at noon and one game is tied so please go break the tie. Thank you to everyone who has already voted.

Not to worry Shaq, Ritz usually has to cheat to win... :suds:

Well I haven't been cheating lately and for some reason I haven't been winning either :noidea:

just to get it straight, it was because of the complete arrogance the Heat came at everyone with...at least from MY p.o.v....

We already knew it was bullshit when Lebron said he changed his number to 6 out of respect to Jordan to not wear 23.

In some ways, I think it was more cowardly to leave Miami than it was to leave Cleveland. Atleast he had legitimate reasons to leave Cleveland, but Riley did everything to bring Lebron winning teams. Lebron had a pretty good idea that with Wade going down hill, Bosh not being a superstar, that winning more championships would be a challenge, so he blew it up so that he wouldn't have to explain losing to teams like the Spurs.

To sort of get it back on topic:

If it were me, I would want any number except 23. I would want future players look at a certain number that belonged to me and me alone.

When you are constantly trying to emulate someone else, they are still the standard.

Be it Kobe or LeBron or anyone else, as long as you keep trying to be better than Jordan, that alone makes you inferior to him.

When they stop trying to be better than Jordan and start trying to better their own best, then and only then can they have their own legacy.

I mean I understand getting jerseys for children but if adults are still buying jerseys, something is seriously wrong with you

I see grown men wearing those jersies all of the time, so I assume that when they go shopping, they will buy them because the shirt is comfortable and easier to keep clean than an all white T Shirt which is what I were and it has a pocket. I don't care either way what they where. I just try to keep my own clean and respectable. I do agree with you though - it does see silly. Lebron, Kobe or whoever are there for the money only - they are not hero's
