Thibs strikes me as a version of Doug Collins - good coach, but has a ceiling, and that ceiling was reached.

Yeah, he kind of reminds me of Del Harris. Very good coach and a coach that you want when trying turn a young/re-building team into a playoff team. But not quite good enough to get them to the finals and win.

What are you gonna blow up? We just need a few tweaks and a new coach IMO.

The Bulls FO may let Jimmy walk and see what Tony Snell has..? Snell needs to put on a few lbs, but he's going to be pretty dam good too. I'd rather keep both and let Dunleavy walk. Pick up another SF/PF we can throw at Lebron for D.

Ummmmm......no. Jimmy Butler is an all-star and is young and getting better. You don't give him up for someone who barely plays, who shows flashes at rare times.

Sounds like mark Jackson aka pockets

Thibodeau’s stubborn nature of not accepting less and being demanding is a chief reason he’s such a good coach. He pushes players hard and asks a lot, and the Bulls have had high character individuals who will respond. But at the same time with Thibodeau, he is stubborn in demanding of himself, meaning he feels he can do everything. Since Ron Adams was let go as an assistant, I know the Bulls have begged Thibodeau to add someone to run the offense, or at least be an offensive mind to work with. Thibodeau has declined. He likes to run the offense, too, and the issue to me has been less a predictable offense

Firing Thibs would be dumb imo. I don't see any coach available who is better than Thibs.

They need to upgrade the roster

Yeah. I wish they would give Thibs a whole season with a healthy Rose... And I wish Rose could stay healthy for a whole season.

Nope. It isn't Thibs fault that his best player was always hurt an also not his fault that 2 of his 3 big men are offensively challenged.....also not his fault that GaSoft was a bitch and decided to sit out the 2 biggest games of the series. If GaSoft played in games 4/5, I'm certain the Bulls win one of those games and are playing in game 7 tomorrow night

Thibs is a very good coach but the Bulls need a different offense.

Let Thibs go.

There's something called a salary cap and they are going to have to pay Butler to keep him.

Noah's numbers were down a bit, but he's still just 29 and can rebound.

Look at his numbers:

7.2ppg, 9.6rpg, 4.7apg, 1.1bpg, and 0.7spg. His ppg and bpg were down, but he's still an excellent rebounder AND passer for a center.
