I mean it depends on what your team needs. If you're looking for a scoring punch then Gordon for sure. Otherwise probably Iggy

Iggy is the best bench player in the league because of his defense and overall contibutions to a great team.

6th man award probably comes down to Gordon and Johnson though.

Lakers might have won 30 if Lou stayed. Still not enough to get that award.

Like BK said it all depends on the team need. Iggy is PERFECT for GS, they don't need a scorer just a great defender and I guy that does the little things. Gordon and Lou fit pretty good with Houston bc of the pace they play at and having shooters around Harden is perfect for his play. Houston does have a ton of shooters.

All that being said, Iggy isn't up for 6th man but he is the perfect 6th for a team like GS.

Both players families love living here.
From what weve heard and seen so far its looking good that theyre both back.

As a player I believe Iguodala is superior. BUT, that doesn't mean Gordon doesn't deserve the 6th man award. He's been fantastic this year and EXACTLY what the Rockets needed, as Iguodala is needed for the Warriors.

If they swapped teams, both teams would be significantly worse. But they're both perfect for each other. So there's really no "this player is better" argument.

I will believe it when I see it. If he's talking like that on July 1st then I'll believe it.

Don't get me wrong, As I said on the Heat board I think JJ is more likely to stay and may even stay at a discount but I believe almost nothing a pending free agent states prior to July 1st.

Good rule in general to live by.
They're both going to get paid either way, but if the Heat can get another top FA to want to come, then they are all going to have to become a little creative.
