This is a crazy story.

Funny how conspiracy nuts will believe that a pizza parlor without a basement has kids tied up in the basement, but when a real live conspiracy like this comes to light, they can't see it.

Not sure wtf they're on about here, it was -20 here for two months straight here this winter and it's supposed to get no higher than 5 degrees for the next two weeks. That ten days in February was far more exception than new norm.
