We must remember, whatever Murdoch knows about him, he didn't learn recently.

If Trump is a criminal with mafia ties who likes teenage Russian girls peeing on him and Murdoch knew and said nothing, he's an even bigger bag of shit than I thought.

He wanted Trump elected to line his own pockets instead of protecting the US and the world from him. And if he releases it all now, it's only because it's financially beneficial to do so. Ratings are all that matter.
