Back in 08 when I lived in Montana and my presidential vote counted I voted for Obama. Not so much because I cared all that much for him but because I wanted to see if Montana could be swung and it was actually a lot closer than I thought it would be. In 12 living in a state that is always decided and my vote means squat I voted for Romney. In 16 where my vote really meant squat I wrote in a giant panda at the national zoo in DC named Bao Bao. She may be Chinese but she was born in the US (although since Trump became president she has since been deported back to China)

Since Scott is his buddy, I'd figure Trump would have made an exception for that panda.

I'm pointing out IMO some of the major flaws by the DNC before the election as they corelate to current flaws (again IMO), and how the focus must change completely (including staff) for the Democrats to have a chance to regain the White House.

Just an observational theory. I voted Trump, but I voted for Obama the first time.

Are you talking about the Democratic Party that has won 6 of the last 7 popular votes? If you know the actual numbers, Trump did not increase his margins of white voters over Mitt Romney in key swing districts. The narrative of the working class white guy fighting back this election is not really backed up by the numbers. That was a theme of his appeal, but it didn't actually generate more voters. Clinton was just not an inspiring candidate, and young and black voters did not come to the polls for her for that reason. If they had, she wins easy.

I haven't heard you put forward an actual flaw that you're speaking to regarding the party, except just kinda cherry picking random things that aren't related.
