This tournament definitely looks like a 2 horse race but hopefully Mizzou plays well tonight

One of our main bigs in freshman Jaylin Williams is out for the SECT so not sure I'm looking forward to seeing Vanover vs. Tilmon all game. He got abused in our first game. Glad we have the one day of rest advantage.

Ugly game overall but the things Mizzou is bad at doesn't translate to winning in March.

Not even sure where to begin.

Growing up, my Dad and I always listened to Bama football and all the basketball games. He took me to CC when I was young and we met the team and got autographs. I remember meeting Antoine Pettway and his crazy red shoes, and it's always been cool to see him on the sidelines.

However, being born in '86, I don't remember the '91 team, much like I don't remember the '92 football team. So my whole life I have loved Alabama basketball, and outside of the Elite Eight run that ended with a loss the UConn, I have seen some bad, to mediocre Alabama teams, years where we were discussing making NIT runs and trying to end the season with 16-18 wins.

But today, thanks to our big 3 seniors and Nate Oats, I got to experience my first ever SEC Tournament Champions in Alabama. I still can't believe it and I'm so happy for the team.

It'll be sweet watching the selection show tonight and see who we end up playing against. I would love to see this team in the Final Four, as it's the next hurdle for Alabama basketball as we have never been to it before.

Roll Tide Roll, 2021 has been absolutely fantastic for Alabama sports.

If I had to pick a winner, I'd probably pick Illinois.

I think Bama got a good path, with a banged up Michigan at #1.

Would absolutely love to get a chance at Zags, but don't think they will win the tournament.

I don't think Bama will either, but this has been crazy fun.

I think FSU is my odds on bet to win that bracket. If Wagner can actually play like he's projected in the draft, Michigan can make the final four, but I have my doubts.

Gotta say I never liked Bama, mainly because of their football team being so much better than my favorite team, at least since way back. But I gained a great deal of respect for the Alabama Athletic Department in general when I found out that Bama was the only team other than Stanford, of course, with more Academic All-americans than my Gophers. I was a little surprised it was Bama, but hey, good for the Tide.
