I said what i needed to last week.

The 3 phases of the offseason are Hope, Annoyed and Acceptance.

I have now moved passed annoyed to acceptance. There's no use beating a dead horse anymore.

Moran is just fodder and i think its ok depth piece as oppose to guys like Steven Souza or Mike Ford.
I hear you on the acceptance, mine is just more of confusion. They haven’t even moved the goalposts this off-season like they have in the past few. They blew right through we are on pace for X, Y and Z and are pretending they won the World Series last year with their activity this off-season

In case you want to donate to the Stanton fund.

No idea if they are home this year but do they ever do anything for Jackie Robinson day or Mother’s Day? I can’t recall them doing something for those days. Or do a Marineros or whatever the name is for Cinco De Mayo.

Yes to all 3

This year J Robinson game is a free 42 hat give away ( usually 1st 10-20K fans )

ALWAYS a Mothers day give away to the moms ( some female kitchen trinket usually )

Yes to cinco de mayo also - the Ms marketing dept never misses a chance to sell seats by giving away some made in China trinket

Well that’s not good if they want an extension IMO. With how contracts are going they need to lock him down ASAP if they want him back, but that’s also a risk because we have no idea how he will hit at T Mobile, as well as it is a lot money to pay for a dude who should be a DH.

According to Jeff Passan of ESPN, the Mariners and Teoscar Hernández were $2 million apart on Friday when the two sides exchanged salary figures for the 2023 season.

Hernández is one of just 33 players potentially heading to an arbitration hearing after being unable to agree to terms with their respective teams on a contract for the upcoming season after exchanging figures. There's still time for the two sides to bridge the gap and avoid a potentially contentious hearing. The 30-year-old outfielder and the Mariners had the largest gap between figures exchanged as Hernández requested $16 million and Seattle offered $14 million. Stay tuned.
