It's starting to look like that's gonna be a moot point (with the exception of the Super Bowl if they get there). The road to the SB goes through Seattle.

The Niners seriously need to get Iupati & Staley healthy so they can reclaim their dominance in the running game now that Crabby is back to keep the secondary honest.

Fuck ya Seattle in Seattle. No denying there really good at home and we have struggled there lately. But Jesus you have no faith in this team. Why watch the rest of the year if you already know we will lose.

You may not see it but we are a damn good football team.

Well, I think the 49ers may have been the last team to beat them there in 2011.

This is why I want to face Seattle EARLY in the playoffs. I really do not want to wait until the NFC Championship to face them. If the 9ers face them early, and come out with a win...imagine what that would do for our confidence.

Unfortunately, the earlier they face them, the earlier they get eliminated.

Considering how retarded you look when you make absolute statements like "the 49ers will lose to the Redskins" why do you continue to make absolute statements?

I said I "thought" the Redskins would beat the Niners. As far as them playing Seattle, that's a whole different ballgame. This week in SF, I wouldn't bet my house on it but I would bet it on Seattle should they meet again up there.

Seattle definitely has their ducks in a row. Reminds me of the early 90s Dallas Cowboys. I think the Niners will be ok if they keep the game close and not let it get out of hand.

Exactly. The 49ers, at times, could stay close to those teams but could not beat them. The matchups were just too bad. Same with the current day Seahawks.

for this Sunday, IMO the above applies to the Seahawks.

for the Niners, they have to keep the pressure on THRU the 2nd half.

The best team doesn't win the Super Bowl. When was the last time the best regular season team won the Super Bowl? Seattle might be blowing their Load now. :fap:

I didn't think our D played too bad up in Seattle. Our offense was all three and outs which put enormous presssure on our D and they finally buckled. The key to this game is our offense finding to move the ball against their D

Our D was awesome for about the first 3 quarters I believe Reid? picked off Wilson and we were getting good pressure and contain on him, but 3 and out after three and out and that Interception at the Goal Line were killers.

Pretty much. That was similar to the panthers game. Except the Seahawks finally took advantage and did big.

I see no reason why the game won't be similar. Turnover battle will be key even more so than it already is.

Gonna be a good game!

Lets remember the Top team really never wins the Super Bowl. It seems like the Wildcard teams do better so that is what we have to lean on as 49ers fans.

89 Niners ? 94 Niners ? HMMMMM I guess it worked for you guy's fairly well…

I don't like giving Seattle credit, but this guy will have no problem doing it for me:

You forgot the 81 and 84 Niners as well.......but seriously I think he clearly meant more recently the top seeds haven't been the Super Bowl winners.
