How can Carroll change the game plan without a running game?

What you saw in the second half should have started by the end of the first quarter and maybe they wouldn't have been down 18 at the half. That up tempo they ran gassed the Packers D.

This article is for all of the Seahawk fans. It might be alot of speculation and bs, but it's a good read.

5 reasons Seahawks fans should be excited for the future

The future is bright. This banged up team was inches away from sweeping a Niner team which could be the best team this season. A lot of young talented guys on offense, need to fill holes on the D, need another solid draft, Sign Clowney since they have 64mil in cap space. Next season it'll be another dog fight to the top of the division.

Every time I read the thread below I smile and know that I'm probably going to see that clown bump it time and again when one of his 100 favorite teams wins... too bad he seemed to jump the Seattle ship for the 49er wagon...hahaha... whatadouche

My favorite teams over time have rotated between these..

And that image comes like 30 seconds after the end of the scrum. It has as much relevance as the bent line to gain tweet.

The list is a bit pie in the sky but they are in good shape for the future.

Not every draft pick you had that flashed potential or had a good season is going to continue to grow. Some will and some will stall out and never take another step forward.

Russell Wilson is absolutely the correct choice at #1 but the one issue is that he's about at his peak. His peak is fantastic but when you're looking for ways that your team may improve next season the QB position isn't one of them. Which again is a problem every team wants but like with Jimmy G and the 9ers I can look at it as a fan and figure that Jimmy G still has room to grow and they went 13-3 with him as he is now.

Where I would be concerned is almost every win except one off the top of my head was within one score and you can't keep living up on the edge like that on count on getting through unscathed. Those times the ball bounced your way and you made enough plays to barely squeak out a win aren't always going to go your way.

Yeah pro football is a fickled bitch, you never know what is going to happen. Jimmy G or Russell Wilson could get hurt next season and be out for a long time.

I am guessing the Yellow weasel play will not be used in San Fran next weekend

As far as Seattle's future, it can be promising if they can decide to go Offense first. The defense obviously struggled a lot this year, but it's also the weakest side talent wise. We need a corner who's not Tre Flowers, an interior lineman who can get through average olines, a young fast LB to make up for Bobby getting older, and a rusher opposite Clowney, who needs to be resigned.

The offense needs 1 or 2 o linemen, though I like Britt coming back and Jamarco Jones and George Fant going forward. Otherwise, Wilson, Carson, Lockett, Metcalf, and Dissly/Hollister are all legit weapons.

Outside of the health one which is stupid because who the heck can predict that, the rest make sense. It was likely gonna be a 3 year reboot once they jettisoned a bunch of players and next year is year 3. However they need some serious talent on defense to play the style Pete wants. I think they have the potential to be better next year but being the same division as the 49ers, Rams and an up-incoming Kyler Murray wont make it easy.

Isn't like their entire D line and O line entering FA this offseason???

Clowney is obviously the big piece, with Jarran Reed to a lesser extent. O-Line needs to make a decision on Britt if he is a cap casualty or not. The rest of the line is more or less intact as they have internal options to replace LG

Meanwhile, the 49ers DL will be on Rodgers' faggot ass all game long and expect at least 1 strip sack and 1 INT minimum from that career choker.

Final Score:

Packers 12
49ers 41

Chaaaaaaaaaaaa Ching!!!

Strip sack.... CHECK!

INT.... CHECK!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

Boys, it just NEVER GETS OLD being right all the time!
