And in the biggest moment, when the roster had a couple of guys who could pound the ball in that situation, they dialed up a throw into the teeth of the defense. This is on Bevell for making the call and Carroll for being fine with going with a yes man for offensive coordinator instead of a guy with a sack that would stand up to him. This was a long time coming and it game to fruit in the biggest moment of the season. Seahawks deserve to lose for the way they've run this offense for the last two years. Congrats Pats. You know your identity as a team and the Seahawks didn't as far as offense goes, even though they have the most punishing rb in the NFL.

the Seahawks are still a great team and have had two amazing seasons with a chance to have a third great year next season.

Awful call in thst situation no doubt, but you can't take away from what Carroll has built there and the talent Seattle has. That game could have gone either way and it went to the patriots.
