If you won't make a big boy bet then how about an avatar bet for the rest of the regular season? Winner gets full control of the losers avatar, title, and signature lines for the rest of the season. Harbaugh did dominate Carroll in college, and has the upper hand so far in the pro's. Is there anything about that you can dispute. 3-1 against carroll in college including the greatest statistical upset as a 42 point underdog against the top rated Trojans. 3-2 against Carroll in the NFL.

I wont lie. To this point Harbaugh has got the best of Carroll. But the tide is turning. He currently has the better team (which he built and developed himself, unlike Harbaugh) and has the far better triggerman.

Hold on to the Harbaugh>Carroll argument for as long as you can. Because soon it will be dead. Im sure that wont stop you from touting it though.

A trip up to Victoria is well worth it if you've got the time. You can take the ferry from Seattle too. A round trip ticket will run you about 150 bucks but it's an amazing scenic ride up there through the North Sound.

#1 - All the smack talk you're referring just isn't being conjured out of thin air just because they're having a fine season to this point.

#2 - The media yes is kind of shoving the Seahawks down people's throats. Nothing to do with Seahawk posters, but I can see how that might be annoying to you.

#3 - A rivalry thread that a 49er troll started just to talk shit to Seahawk fans. Nothing to do with Seahawk posters except responding to him in kind, so yes the smack talk to that guy is justified. If someone talks smack about your team, I'm sure you'd be there to back your team up just like the rest no matter how many Lombardis their respective team has won. There's no rule saying we have to sit there and take it because the team we root for doesn't have a SB trophy yet. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard if that's the case.

#4 - No Seahawk fan has created threads here just to talk smack based off the fact that they're having a good season to this point. Look up and down the page for yourself. I think you'll find that a massive majority of us are very humble right now.

Conclusion - There's no smug attitude, no boasting of anything from Seahawks fans. So you're either making this up (trolling) to try and persuade a reputation about Seahawks fans amongst the other posters or your thought process has given you a warped perception that (in reality) doesn't exist.

Let's say hypothetically that Seattle won a SB in the 70s, then didn't do anything at all until they built their current roster, would you say that the fans have the right to be as excited as they want to only because of something that happened before anyone on my or your team was even alive? If the Cowboys, Dolphins or Redskins were leading the league in wins, you would have no problem with how proudly the fans root for their team, not because of how they are currently doing, but because of what they accomplished decades ago with a COMPLETELY different and unrelated group of people?
